Knuckle Jerker 220g

Traditional to Jamaica, Jerk seasoning principally relies on 2 ingredients: All Spice and Scotch Bonnet Peppers.

These are combined together with many other spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and thyme to create a deliciously balanced savory seasoning with a medium heat rating.

Commonly used with pork and chicken, its also great with seafood, beef, lamb and vegetables .

Knuckle Jerker is best when barbequed or smoked over a wood or charcoal fire. Ideally a few charred and crispy caramelised bits gives the full smoky Jamaican Jerk experience
