Sugar Gum is a dense wood with a long burn time. It has a sweet smelling smoke and adds great flavour. Sugar gum should be used in small amounts otherwise it can be overpowering
Chunks are best used in mid-sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers.
Where possible, we source our wood from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of insect damage on some of our wood
