Postage and Delivery
Postage fees are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered.
Tracking is available on all orders; details will be emailed by the selected courier company. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your tracking information.
Orders from regional and remote locations may incur additional postage fees that are outside of our control.
Postage fees may change at short notice to reflect changes in courier costs
In some circumstances, arrangements can be made to have orders delivered—please contact us at email@example.com or through our Facebook page to arrange this prior to completing your order.
Natural Smoke does not accept change on mind product returns or refunds.
Items that are damaged will be replaced as soon as practicable. In the event a damaged item is out of stock, a replacement product may be offered or the cost of the item refunded.
Proof of damage (e.g. photographs of the damaged item) are required before replacements or refunds will be offered.
